T Oliver Builders – The Roundhouse project begins
We are very pleased and honoured to have been chosen as the local builder to take on a very special project. The iconic Round House in Frinton-on-sea was designed by Oliver Hill in the mid-1930’s and is a remarkable grade II listed home situated right on the beautiful Frinton coastline.
It is considered the most architecturally significant building on the Frinton Park estate. As the name would suggest it is completely circular, with 1,923 sq ft of internal space over two floors.
We at T Oliver have been trusted with the task of restoring this beautiful building from top to bottom. Including installing specially build curved radiators and doors, as well as an alcove for a custom built round bed for the master bedroom.
We believe we were chosen for this project because we have been a trusted local builder in Clacton for many years, building quality extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, and full renovations for our customers in Clacton, Frinton, Walton and all over Essex and Suffolk.
There were a number of builders in Clacton and Frinton that competed for this business and we were pleased that the quality and professionalism of our work shone through.
